We want every recipe to bring you joy. Since our cookbooks are digital and delivered instantly, please read this policy before you buy.

Digital products
All Salt products are digital eBooks. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that, once the download has started or the link has been opened, the sale is final and any statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies, except in the cases below.

When we’ll refund you

• The file is corrupted or won’t open, and we can’t fix it.
• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.
• The cookbook you received is significantly different from its description on our store.

Email info@saltraft.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

When we can’t refund you

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• You didn’t read the product description before buying.
• Problems caused by your device or software rather than the file. Please make sure you can open PDF files before purchasing.
• A dish didn’t turn out as expected, since results depend on ingredients, equipment and technique.

How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We may decline requests that don’t meet these conditions.
