Salt sells digital cookbooks only, so nothing is shipped physically. Here’s how your order reaches you.
1. Format
Our cookbooks and guides are downloadable PDF files. No packages, carriers, tracking numbers or customs are involved.
2. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is fulfilled automatically. You’ll receive your eBook(s) via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email to the address entered at checkout. Delivery is usually instant, and in rare cases may take up to 30 minutes.
3. Shipping costs and times
There are no shipping fees and no waiting. Your cookbook is available the moment your payment is approved.
4. Worldwide access
With digital delivery, you can buy and download from anywhere in the world, with no customs duties or import taxes.
5. Receiving our email
- Double-check your email address at checkout.
- Add info@saltraft.com to your contacts.
- If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or third-party spam filters.
6. Requirements
You’ll need an internet-connected device and a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books or your web browser. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing.
7. Download links
Links stay active for a reasonable period. We recommend saving your files right after purchase. If a link expires or you lose your files, contact us and we’ll resend them free of charge.
8. Didn’t get your order?
If 30 minutes have passed and your cookbook isn’t in your inbox or spam folder, email info@saltraft.com with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.
